Towards the 7 AI Global Frameworks

Starting from the “7 Key Requirements for a Trustworthy AI” published by the European Commission in April 2019, AI4People’s Committees members have assessed the impact of these requirements on 7 business sectors (Automotive, Banking and Finance, Energy, Healthcare, Insurance, Legal Services Industry and Media and Technology) whilst having suggested some practical steps that businesses operating within  these industries must undertake to be compliant with the Requirements.

The Summit is organised by Atomium – European Institute for science, Media and Democracy. The Institute was launched in 2009 at the European Parliament by the former President of France Valéry Giscard d’Estaing and Michelangelo Baracchi Bonvicini, Honorary President and President of Atomium-EISMD. 

Through live streaming, AI4People Summit offered attendees access to an Opening session and 7 additional working sessions discussing topics related to Automotive, Banking & Finance, Energy, Healthcare, Insurance, Legal Services Industry, Media & Technology, featuring 60+ speakers.

AI4People Summit was held on December 1st, 2nd, 2020.

The Summit to present the 7 AI Global Frameworks marked the fourth edition of the AI4People Summit. The 2020 edition followed the  towards a Good AI Society Summit opened by Tony Blair in November 2018. 

The Summit drew on the results of the AI4People’s 2020 activity and engaged in discussion leading representatives from policy makers, business and academia.
